Contest Deadline: Tuesday, July 28th.

Artist must be in Pre-K 3 through 12th grade

Please draw your artwork in the form provided : Backpack Blessing Form

Tracing or copying other artist’s work is not allowed.

Scan your drawing and submit it with this form online only. Please make sure the image is clear and as large as possible. If taking a picture, please make sure to take the picture without any glare and straight above, not on an angle. Paper cannot be folded looking in the image.

Make sure your drawing includes the following:

• The exact theme for the 26-27 school year: "Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make our hearts like yours!"

• An image of the Sacred Heart (must include the following to be a Sacred Heart):

  • Jesus' Heart

  • Crown of Thorns

  • Fire on top

  • Cross within the fire

  • Wound

Winner's artwork will be featured on our 26-27 backpack blessing tags and artist will be recognized at Mass the weekend of August 8th and 9th.
